  • ✅ Yes, we offer two options for guests.

    Due to damages caused by previous guests, we have implemented this policy to ensure our properties remain in top condition for all guests.

    • Option 1: £250 Refundable Deposit – Fully refunded within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damages occur.

    • Option 2: £40 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to £100, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

  • ✅ All of our properties offer self-check-in via smart lock or key safe. You’ll receive detailed instructions before your arrival in the form of a guest portal.

  • ✅ No problem! With self-check-in, you can arrive at your convenience. If you need assistance, our 24/7 guest support is available.

  • ✅ Simply tidy your rubbish inside the property, lock up and return the keys to where you retrieved them from.
